PROCESSING TIMES
All Live Laugh Lobotomy products are handmade and packaged in small batches. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for order processing before shipment, especially during launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping on select orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package size. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.
LLL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Local delivery or pickup options may be available within Edmonton, Alberta when offered at checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Live Laugh Lobotomy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of handmade bath, body, and skincare products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
